Paul and I have decided to take a “leap of faith” and start our own mobile fish and chip company.   Why a mobile fish and chip company? Well, we have lots of experience in the field and realised how much we enjoy it. We loved the regular contact with customers and of course everyone loves fish and chips.[/paragraph][paragraph bigger=”yes”]We have always worked for others, but now it’s time to make the change and launch our own Le Petit Poisson.
