    Our chips are cut fresh every day and cooked from dry potatoes and blanched before resting and cooked. This is the best way to cook a traditional British light coloured crispy chip, that’s soft and fluffy inside.

  • Fish (Cod)

    We take pride in providing only the best quality cod. All of the cod we cook comes from responsibly managed, certified, sustainable waters, the wild catch fishery. With the MSC eco-label. Caught in the arctic oceans, where the waters are cold clean and clear. This enables the fish to be safe and of the purest quality. All the fish are filleted within four hours of being caught, before boxing, and being individually quick frozen. Apart from fish caught on a day boat and landed locally, frozen at sea is the freshest there is. Frozen at sea provides high quality taste, and consistency of quality

    Our homemade Tartar sauce is perfect with anything fishy and also great to dip your chips in!  Made with cornichons, onions, lemons, mayonnaise, capers, salt and pepper, with a few secret ingredients… and Voila !
