Fish (Cod)

Our Cod comes from responsibly managed, certified and sustainable waters.  Caught in the arctic oceans, where the waters are cold, clean and clear. This enables the fish to be safe and of the purest quality.

Our chips are cut fresh every day and cooked from dry potatoes and blanched before resting and cooked. This is the best way to cook a traditional British light coloured crispy chip, that's soft and fluffy inside.

Tartar Sauce

Our homemade Tartar sauce is perfect with anything fishy and also great to dip your chips in!  Made with cornichons, onions, lemons, mayonnaise, capers, salt and pepper, with a few secret ingredients... and Voila !
